CSS COMPOSITES LLC CEASING OPERATIONS

Regarding CSS, InnoEvo CraftWorx only learned about the news late yesterday afternoon, 2025-10-01, that they shall be ceasing operations. OEM customers (Forge and Bond, Chris King, Evil, Revel Wheels, Bontraiger) and media alike were caught off guard by this sudden announcement.
We and others received no advance notice of this potential situation. The way this has been handled by CSS is very unfortunate and disappointing and we, like the others and customers, find the approach abrupt and disrespectful.

At this stage, InnoEvo CraftWorx is evaluating the implications and determining how best to manage future warranty claims for any InnoEvo CraftWorx customer whose rims and wheels are from Forge and Bond.

Our priority remains to ensure that our customers are fully supported and taken care of. We have lost our latest order, including the payment prior to shipping.

All affected customers all we can do is use up our stock if any warranty claims, and then transition across an alternative rim.

We have fortuntaley being sourcing two alternatove carbon rim suppliers too, see a new annuncment soon.

There is always a chance that Forge and Bond, an OEM customer of CSS Composites LLC may be resued, we shall wait and see.
